Adoptable Rabbits

(Bonded Mother/Daughter pair)

These two lovely ladies were adopted out from the rescue back in Jan.2023 but have been returned at no fault of their own. They have been well cared for and are very loved so it was a heartbreaking decision for the owners but they were thinking of the buns best interests.

Momma Juniper unfortunately was pregnant super young so she’s hardly older then her daughter Puddles but these ladies are two peas in a pod. They have a strong bond and will only be adopted out together.

We are still getting to know these ladies again so will update soon with personalities once their foster gets to know them better.

Sweet Jayne has returned to the rescue. We were so excited for her when she was adopted out and then bonded with her hus-bun and their son Jayden but it didn’t last.

Shortly after returning to the rescue with her son Jayden their bond broke so miss Jayne is alone once again.
This lady is sweet and inquisitive and is looking for a home that will give her lots of space to explore with lots of attention. Don’t be surprised if she comes up to snuggle on the couch with you either.

She is understandably confused as to what is happening but is re-settling into life at the rescue well while she waits for the perfect family who will love her.

Cauliflower was adopted out last year and has been enjoying her life with her new family but unfortunately things have changed in the household and they don’t feel they can continue to keep her long-term though they still love her dearly.

Cauliflower would be deal for a free roam situation as long as she is provided with things she’s allowed to chew like her favorite palm dishes. She’s a clever girl who understands the word no, she’s funny, loves to explore and isn’t a picky eater. This girl loves to be petted and snuggled but isn’t overly fond of being picked up. She is very expressive and has a lot of personality. She’s looking for someone that sees her for the brilliant and intelligent soul that she is. She’s very confident and likes the cats and dogs in her current home.

Bella is a sweet and curious little girl who was adopted out from the rescue a few years ago. Due to recent family changes she needs a new home. She is not comfortable with dogs.

Bella is very curious and confident once she gets comfortable with you. She loves to jump around and play with her toys and she loves blueberries.
This girl always want to know what her people are up to, she’s a very good supervisor. She always loves to nap on the people beds because obviously they are there just for her.

Ginger was born into the rescue, she’s one of the last three of momma Hazel’s kids still looking for a home.
Ginger is a big girl with a gorgeous ever changing coat. She’s sweet but cautious and is looking for a quiet dedicated home that can devote the individual time to her so she can shine. She has a great foster placement but this sweet girl would love to find a fur-ever home of her own.

This big sweet boy was caught outside in London, ON. To our knowledge he had been out for at least a month and we are so happy and grateful to the dedicated team who refused to give up until he was caught. Luckily for this big boy he seems in fairly good health all things considered and is now settling into the start of his new life in a safe loving foster home.

We are so happy he is safe and warm and are getting to know his personality as he settles. So far he seems like a sweet laid back bun but is still working on trusting us. He will have his vetting completed soon.

Jayden was born in the rescue to momma Jayne. This boy has a naturally timid personality until he gets to know you but once you’ve won him over he is quite the snuggler.
Jayden was previously adopted out and was then successfully bonded into a trio with his mom Jayne and his suspected dad Zayne. He gained so much confidence in his new home. Unfortunately though as has been the pattern so far for 2026 he was returned to the rescue with his mom Jayne. With all the stress they have endured recently and having been separated from the third member of their family, sadly their bond broke.

Now poor Jayden is a bit lost and on his own again, he is looking for a serious but calm and patient home where he can learn to trust again and rebuild his confidence. He is an ideal candidate for bonding and is calmer and happier with another bun.

Cocoa is very sweet, energetic boy who loves to jump up and cuddle with you. He gets along great with cats too! He would love a home where he can have lots of free roam time but is a carpet nibbler so having dedicated rugs for his area would be ideal. He was born into the rescue and recently returned from a failed foster to adopt placement. He is now looking again for his fur-ever home. Black buns tend to get overlooked but this boy is wonderful and is just waiting for the right person to give him a chance.

Rosemary was born into the rescue to momma Hazel shortly after intake. Part of a litter of 9 this girl was initially a bit shy but has since blossomed into a super clever confident bun.

She is comfortable with the dogs, cats and children in her foster home but she is also confident enough to stand her ground. Sweet but sassy she is sure to entertain and even knows some tricks.

Rosemary has a current short term foster placement but is looking for her own fur-ever family.

Miss Blue is a gorgeous stray found in Strathroy close to where Jasmine was found. She needs to gain some weight and of course will be receiving her vetting next week but luckily she looks ok otherwise. Hopefully she wasn’t out to long and so far she has been settling in well with here at the rescue.

Blue is a sweet laid back girl who she will make someone an amazing companion when she is ready.

Rio is a sweet older boy who was rescued in Woodstock this summer. He was in rough shape on arrival and this boy was coated in a sticky yellowy orange staining substance to the point that we thought he was an orangey/beige color and reeked of smoke. After a lot of trimming and an emergency bath we discovered that he is actually a white rabbit under all that yuck. He’s a bit bedraggled looking with his rough hair cut but is now feeling so much healthier and active without carrying around all that grime.

Rio is taking full advantage of all the cozy places to lounge. He is a super chill little gentleman who will make someone an amazing companion.
